The problem
Mexican SMBs operate with 5-8 disconnected tools: one system for invoicing, Excel for accounting, WhatsApp for sales, a spreadsheet for inventory and another system for payroll. Information doesn't flow, gets duplicated and gets lost. International ERPs like SAP or Oracle cost $200,000+ MXN/month and don't understand Mexican fiscal reality.
